Endurance Land is working up planning for potential change of use at Old Bailey

Endurance Land is currently working on plans with GE Real Estate to review the potential change of use to this Grade II listed property.

The building is located on the corner of Old Bailey and Holburn Viaduct, with the upper parts let to a serviced office operator, with three separate retail units at ground floor level. The building totals approximately 25,500 sq ft of offices and 4,500 sq ft of retail accommodation. The property itself dates back to 1874 when it was built as The Spier & Pond Hotel.
