Reception works complete at 1-5 London Wall Buildings
Endurance Land are delighted to confirm the refurbishment works at the Grade II listed 1-5 London Wall Buildings have completed. Carmody Groarke were appointed by Endurance Land and their JV partner, Angelo Gordon, to undertake the redesign of the reception and a first floor office suite.
The refurbishment works saw the creation of a generous, open plan reception by merging two existing entrances (Entrance 2 and 3). The new reception area includes a dedicated coffee shop which will be operated by the Noxy Brothers providing fantastic amenity for the building’s occupiers. The works also incorporated the refurbishment of a 3,303 sq ft suite on the first floor to highlight the potential of the building, which has already attracted significant interest from potential occupiers.
