Endurance Land appoints new Director
Endurance Land, the specialist commercial property investment and development company, has appointed Henry MacInnes as Director.
Henry has re-joined Endurance Land from Legal & General Property where he managed the office and industrial properties within the £700m Linked Pensions Portfolio. As well as bringing in new business he will be responsible for delivering current development and refurbishment projects with partners such as Whitbread and Aberdeen Asset Management.
Endurance Land’s Jonathan Fletcher said: “With Henry’s experience and understanding of Endurance Land’s approach and philosophy we had no hesitation in approaching him to re-join the business and help drive our expanding development programme forward.”
Henry started his career at CBRE in London where he spent four years covering a number of sectors and disciplines, ending up in the firm’s national investment team. In 2007 Henry joined Endurance Land where he was involved in acquisition and disposal work, as well as asset management, for four years until he moved to Legal & General in 2010.
