Endurance Land’s founding director, Jonathan Fletcher, has been shortlisted as a finalist in this year’s Property Week Awards for ‘Property Entrepreneur of the Year’.

Jonathan says: “In this market, we need to create something out of nothing by being more creative, more commercial and, above all, more entrepreneurial than our competitors.”

Jonathan started his career in merchant banking at JP Morgan before going to college to do estate management. Upon completion of the course he joined Richard Ellis where he remained for 11 years working in the Central London market.
