London – 1 August, 2024: Nan Fung Group announces today that it will acquire all remaining interests in Endurance Land LLP, which will then become a wholly-owned platform under the Group upon completion of the buyout. Endurance Land will continue to be under Nan Fung Group’s leadership, and continue to invest, develop and manage best-in-class commercial portfolio in Central London. In conjunction with this transaction, current CEO of Endurance Land, Jonathan Fletcher will be stepping down to explore new opportunities.

Endurance Land’s Management Board expressed its appreciation to Mr. Fletcher and commented “Endurance Land has reached a pivotal moment as it will further merge into Nan Fung Group. This full integration will further leverage the Group’s resources to enhance the platform’s capabilities. We are grateful for Jonathan’s past leadership and contributions, which have been invaluable to the evolution of Endurance Land.”
