Following the receipt of consent for 291 bedroom hotel, Endurance Land and their partners Scottish Widows, have now entered the construction phase of this exciting, new hotel development.

Squibb Demolition have completed the 12 week programme for raising the 1960’s, 6 storey office building and Endurance Land are delighted to have now handed over the site to principle contractor McAleer & Rushe.

Having recently completed hotel developments such as the W in Leicester square, a 600 bed Premier Inn at Gatwick Airport as well as the combined Novotel & Ibis on Blackfriars Road, McAleer & Rushe are a hugely experienced contractor for central London hotels.

Endurance Land and their tenants, Motel One, are both excited and confident on completing this development in the Autumn of 2014, marking the German hotel operators entry into the London Market, after their UK launch in Edinburgh last year.
