Primely located directly on the Silicon Roundabout, 99 City Road is a prominent 10-storey office building comprising net internal area of approximately 162,000 square feet, singled tenanted by British satellite telecommunication company Inmarsat.

The acquisition will contribute to Endurance Land’s strategy to create best-in-class office buildings in key locations across London.
