Endurance Land’s experience lies in the Central London property market. We target opportunities in a variety of Central and Greater London locations, focussing on assets with strong fundamentals which are underpinned by robust transport links.
Our portfolio spans core and emerging urban locations and covers a range of asset types. We have a significant understanding of the different commercial sectors including office, hotel, retail and mixed use. In addition, we are able to utilise our building and market intelligence to understand how an asset currently performs and in turn how to enhance that performance.
